When does my order ship from HeadBlade Canada Inc?

Your order may ship as early as on the same day you submit your order, but no later than 14 days.  The only stipulation; We are only able to ship once your credit card processing is successfully completed.  You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Packed orders usually are already out of our warehouse by 8:30am est.  

What carrier do we ship with? 

We prefer to ship with Canada Post or FedEx ground service, but do reserve the right to change carriers to accommodate orders without notification.  Once your credit card is processed, we honour the price confirmed, and do not change the freight charged on your credit card. 

Other carriers we may use to ship are; UPS, Purolator. 

What service type is most economical? 

Expedited or Ground service is most economical. 

Can the service type be changed? 

Yes, simply select the service type of your choice, the cost is displayed for you so that there are no surprises. 

Will I receive a tracking number once my purchase has been shipped?

Yes, we will notify you by email of the tracking number so that you may trace your shipment.
