Should you have a request for returning a product, please feel free to contact us at HeadBlade Canada Inc. as we do want to ensure all our customers are taken care of fairly. We do have a basic refund policy stated below to guide you. We are also available by phone.
Our returns policy expires on the 30th calendar day from date of invoice. If this time period has expired since your invoice date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our products, we are extremely careful with hygiene, as such to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition. Shipping the product back to HeadBlade Canada is at the customer's cost and we cannot refund shipping charges. To request a return, please read the section below labelled "Return Authorization Number Request".
Additional non-returnable items:
Unfortunately GIFT CARDS, Sale items, Discounted items or Bonus pack items cannot be refunded. These sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. Please read the section below labelled as "Return Authorization Number Request". Defects are a very rare occurrence with HeadBlade products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return shipment is sent to us collect, the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
"Return Authorization Number Request":
Return Authorization number requests are documented as of the date the request is received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, date of original sale, the billing contact information, along with any details regarding your request to return, sent to us in an email to Sales@HeadBlade.ca
